Public toilets
There have been long standing issues with vandalism at the facilities, but there has been a "considerable amount" of anti-social behaviour over the past year and the number of incidents are rising. Some facilities have been broken, temporarily closing them, locks have been broken, taps twisted, toilets deliberately blocked causing flooding and the deliberate spoiling of the facilities.
In one spree alone, all dispensers were kicked or ripped from the walls, sinks blocked and liquid soap smeared on the floors to create a slip hazard. The photograph was taken last weekend. The cleaning and repairs have to be paid for by the parish council and this takes funds away from other projects.
If anyone knows who is responsible, please contact the parish council or the police who are aware of the situation.
